Chill Group Strikes Back at New Proposed Tax Changes with Inspirational GoFundMe Initiative

With more and more anger and backlash growing from the proposed new tax changes by Justin Trudeau and the Department of Finance, things have been getting pretty heated. Mr. Trudeau is adamant that while he is open to suggestions on tweaking the proposals, he is going to go ahead with them nonetheless.

We applaud the numerous professional Edmonton accountants, lawyers, finance advisors, everyday business owners, and others who have made their voices heard and are making a difference by writing their MPs, creating and signing petitions, etc. If you have not done those things, we highly encourage you to do so.

However, at Chill Group, we feel there is more that can be done, focusing on spreading a positive and uplifting message. Recognizing small businesses for the great good that many of them do. Sticking by his promise and mission to “help every small business owner be successful”, Corey Hill, our founder and president, has decided to launch a GoFundMe campaign to award what he hopes will grow into a very large cash prize to a deserving small business owner in Canada. He’s even putting up $500 of his own money to get things started.
